q77 FAQ — Everything You Want to Know

q77's customer support is fully available in Myanmar language. Players can get in touch in plain Burmese without needing any translation. This means you can get clear help with technical issues, payment questions, and game-related queries straight away. We prioritize communication that every player can easily understand.

q77 has two contact channels. The first is our 24/7 Live Chat on the platform, where you get an instant response. The second is email at [email protected]. These are the only official support channels we operate, and we cannot be responsible for contacts made through any other platform.

q77's customer support team is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach us at any time of day or night under Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). Rest assured that full support is available even during match disruptions, payment issues, and public holidays.

Having the following details ready before you contact us will help resolve your issue faster — your account username, registered phone number (last 4 digits), and for payment issues: the deposit / withdrawal amount and date / time; for game issues: the game name. Preparing this information in advance allows our support team to assist you more quickly.

Live Chat is a channel designed for real-time replies. Local players contact us through Live Chat, so you can expect a near-instant response in Myanmar language. If you need a more detailed answer, you can send us an email and the reply will come a little later.

If you need to update your personal details, contact our support team via Live Chat and submit your verification information. Changes to your phone number or payment details may require additional security verification. Your personal information cannot be changed without your own knowledge — this is how we keep your account protected.

Correct. Under q77's policy, every player is allowed one account only. If you open an additional account using the same personal details, our operations team will detect it and the accounts may be closed. If you can no longer access your old account, contact our support team and request help to get back in.

Yes, you can. q77 runs on a web browser, so you can log in immediately from any smartphone, tablet or computer. As long as you remember your username and password, you will be able to access your account. Note that a security verification may be sent when logging in from a new device.

Common causes include — a wrong password, a full browser cache, using a VPN, or a network connection problem. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Also try turning off your VPN temporarily. If the problem persists, contact us via Live Chat — our technical team will be able to help.

Click the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and verify using your registered phone number or email. If that does not work, contact our support team, pass the identity check, and we can restore your account. This two-step verification is a required step to keep your account secure.

Odds show how much you will get back if your bet wins. For example — at odds of 1.85, a 1,000 Ks bet returns 1,850 Ks if you win. Handicap is a betting format that gives a goal advantage or disadvantage to level the competition. If Team A is given a -1 handicap, Team A must win by 2 or more goals for a bet on them to pay out.

After the match ends, bets are settled based on the official result. Only the regular-time result (90 minutes) is used — Extra Time and Penalty Shootouts are not counted, depending on the market you chose. If a match is cancelled or not completed, bets on that match are usually refunded. Contact our support team for any specific details.

Yes. At q77 you can bet on major football competitions including the EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League). EPL fixtures run every week, and MNL matches are the most popular among players in Myanmar. The Champions League, FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, and AFF tournaments are also available. Check the platform directly for current fixtures and markets.

Yes, Live Betting is supported at q77. While a match is in progress, odds update continuously in line with how the game develops. Deciding quickly and finding good odds at the right moment is the key skill in Live Betting. A stable internet connection will make placing Live Bets much more effective.

An Accumulator (Parlay) is a bet that combines multiple matches into one. All matches must win for a full payout — if one match loses, the whole bet loses. Because the odds of each match are multiplied together, the potential return can be much higher. q77 supports Accumulator betting, and you can choose which matches to combine yourself.

Shan Koe Mee is a card game popular in Myanmar where the player whose card total is closest to nine wins. You can play with 2 or 3 cards, and after the amount is decided you can choose to stand (Banco) or draw another card (Hit). At q77 you can play Shan Koe Mee securely with Myanmar kyat.

2D is a two-digit lottery game where players pick two numbers they think will match the result and place a bet. If the numbers are correct after the result is drawn, you win the payout. At q77 you can play 2D, and result times and payout rates are shown on the platform. We do not provide number predictions or tips — players decide for themselves.

Yes, the q77 platform runs smoothly on mobile phones. On both Android and iOS you can play Shan Koe Mee, 2D, and other games through your browser — no app download needed. The layout is designed to fit your phone screen, so it is easy to read and simple to tap.

2D lottery means picking a two-digit number, while 3D means picking a three-digit number. Because all three digits must be correct, it is harder to win than 2D, so the payout rate is higher. You can also check result times and details on the platform. We do not provide any number predictions.

The minimum withdrawal amount at q77 is 30,000 Ks. This applies to all payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. Please check the amount meets this minimum before submitting your withdrawal request, so it is not rejected. Note that the minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks — this is different from the withdrawal minimum.

q77 withdrawal processing normally takes 10–45 minutes. Digital wallets (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay) are usually faster, while Bank Transfer may take longer. If it has been more than 45 minutes, we recommend contacting our support team.

Reasons a withdrawal may be pending include — account verification not yet complete, bonus wagering requirement not yet met (if you received a bonus, you must complete 25x wagering before withdrawing), or a delay from the payment method itself. If it has been more than 45 minutes or you are unsure of the reason, contact us via Live Chat — we can explain the exact cause.

Yes. Under q77's financial security policy, withdrawals are sent only to your own KBZPay, Wave Money, or bank account. Sending funds to a third-party wallet is not allowed. This policy is in place to prevent financial fraud and is required for the safety of our players.

Yes, q77's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can make withdrawals in the evening, late at night, or on weekends. The standard processing time of 10–45 minutes applies at any hour. During peak transaction periods (evenings, Myanmar Standard Time), processing may take a little longer, but we handle every request as quickly as we can.
